Article translations now sync correctly as you edit

Editing a non-default locale used to have an awkward side effect: saving the Spanish translation would silently overwrite the canonical English fields. Switching back to English would show you the Spanish content. Not great.
The save flow now properly respects the active locale:
- Editing a translation only touches that translation's row.
- Canonical fields stay canonical until you explicitly edit them in the default locale.
- Reading an article in the editor always shows the active locale's content, never a stale one.
If you've been hesitant to translate your articles because the flow felt brittle, give it another try.

Translation sync working correctly across edits is the unlock for serious bilingual publishing. Was doing manual copy-paste before.
