Uploaded logos now render in their actual shape

The blog header was forcing every uploaded project logo into a fixed 100×40px box. Square icons rendered fine, but anyone who uploaded a wordmark logo found it squeezed into 100px wide and shrunk to fit — often illegible by the time it hit the page.
Project logos are user-supplied with arbitrary aspect ratios, so we treat them that way now. The logo sizes by height alone and lets the width breathe, capped at a reasonable maximum so even extreme aspect ratios stay within the header bar.
If your brand has a wide wordmark, swing by your blog — it'll finally look the way you intended.
