Live support chat is now available across the admin

The admin app now has a live support chat widget available on every page. If you hit a wall — a confusing flow, a feature you can't find, a bug you suspect, a setting you can't explain — there's now a direct path to a human without leaving the app.

What this changes practically:

  • You don't have to switch to email and wait for a reply to ask a quick question.
  • You don't have to dig up our support address from a help page; the widget is always one click away.
  • We can respond in context, often in real time during business hours, with the same screen visible to both of us.

The widget is also configurable per environment, so we keep separate workspaces for development versus production traffic without messing up our support queue with test conversations.

If you've ever wanted to ask us "is this supposed to do this?", the answer button is finally one click away.
