Brand assets refreshed and a real PWA manifest landed

A polish pass across our brand assets and a step toward a more installable blog experience.

• The blog now ships with a proper web app manifest, which means readers can install your blog as a standalone app on their phones.
• The logo components and brand assets got a refresh across both the admin and the public blog.
• The PWA icon set was regenerated and optimized — 192, 384, and 512 pixel variants now match the new mark.
• The OG image generator now uses a proper SVG logotype instead of rendering the brand name as plain text.
• Favicons got updated across both apps for the refreshed look.
