Newsletter confirmation emails can now be resent
PublishedLéa Dubois
If a reader signs up for your newsletter but never confirms — maybe the email landed in spam, maybe they got distracted — they used to be stuck. The double opt-in token expired, and there was no way to nudge them.
You can now resend the confirmation email to any unconfirmed subscriber. The new token replaces the old one, and a single click in the new email completes the subscription.
Small flow, big impact on conversion. A meaningful fraction of subscribers who don't confirm on the first try will confirm when given a second prompt — those readers are now reachable instead of lost.

Resend button for the confirmation email is exactly the support flow I was tired of having to do manually. Saves a real chunk of CS time.
