Tables and form controls got a major UX pass

The articles and categories tables — the two most-used surfaces in the admin — just got a comprehensive redesign.
- Explicit columns with proper headers replace the older row-of-blobs layout.
- Dropdown action menus on each row consolidate edit, delete, and view-public into a clean three-dot affordance.
- Row selection with a sticky footer for bulk actions.
- Truncated titles and descriptions now have proper tooltips, so you can hover to see the full text without clicking through.
The category and tag pickers learned new tricks too: newly created options auto-select themselves, deleted ones auto-deselect, and a Ctrl+Enter shortcut creates a category or tag inline from the picker without leaving the form.
If you live in the article editor, this release is going to feel like a noticeably more deliberate product.

Tables in articles are where the previous editor felt the most awkward. The UX pass is welcome — column resize and cell merge are exactly the missing pieces.
