Roadmap columns now load reliably, every time

The roadmap columns now load their posts reliably on every visit. If you ever saw a column stop after a handful of items, repeat the same entry twice, or show results that didn't quite match the latest activity, that is resolved.

The cause came down to how each column fetched and appended its posts as you scrolled. Under certain conditions a list could stall before loading the rest, or briefly show duplicates while it caught up. We reworked the loading and the ordering so every column fills in predictably and each post appears exactly once.

• No more stuck columns: lists keep loading until the stage is complete.
• No duplicates: a stable ordering means each post shows once, in a consistent place.
• Always current: columns reflect the latest posts and votes instead of a stale snapshot.

In everyday terms, the roadmap is now something you can trust at a glance: what you see in each stage is the real, complete picture.
