Resolved /undefined/ links and sitemap leaks across app and feedback

Companion to the i18n strategy change — a cleanup pass across the admin and the feedback portal to track down the remaining places where undefined tokens were sneaking into hrefs. Most were in canonical link tags and OG metadata where the URL builder ran before the runtime config was hydrated.

All paths now resolve the canonical host correctly at build time. The audit reports are clean across both surfaces.
