Powered-by attribution now sits inside the sticky scroll scope

The "powered by Roaderly" attribution on the feedback portal used to detach from the boards list when you scrolled long pages. It was rendered outside the sticky container, so it lived in its own scroll context and looked like an orphan.

The attribution now sits inside the same sticky scope as the boards list. On long roadmaps it stays visible at the bottom of the column instead of disappearing into the void.
