Footer links and root redirect fallbacks repaired

Two classes of broken links were flagged in the latest audit: footer links pointing at pages that had been renamed or removed during recent restructuring, and root redirect fallbacks that were 404-ing under specific conditions.

Both are now resolved. The footer was updated to reflect the current sitemap, and the root redirect chain was reviewed to ensure every conditional path lands somewhere valid.
