Transactional emails rewritten in React Email with EN/ES support

The transactional emails (welcome, password reset, email verification) were rewritten end-to-end in React Email. Each template now lives in code with proper type-safety on the props, full EN/ES localisation, and a consistent visual identity matched to the product.
Recipients see a properly-branded email instead of the generic provider templates. The rewrite also resolved a couple of long-standing issues with dark-mode rendering on certain mail clients.
