Selected project preserved when navigating between tabs

The dashboard tabs (Boards, Stages, Settings) were stripping the ?project=<id> querystring on navigation. Switching tabs meant losing the currently-selected project and having to re-select it from the dropdown.

The project context now travels with the navigation. Switch from Boards to Stages and stay in the same project, every time.
