Project deletion now requires typing the project name to confirm

Deleting a project was previously a one-click destructive action behind a generic "are you sure?" prompt. Given that project deletion cascades to all boards, stages, posts, votes, and comments, that level of friction was not enough.

The delete confirmation now requires you to type the project name to enable the destructive button. Same pattern that GitHub, Stripe, and other serious tools use. Accidental deletions are essentially eliminated as a failure mode.
