One sign-in now carries you across the whole product

Signing in once now keeps you signed in everywhere: the admin workspace and the public feedback portal share a single session.

Previously, moving between the two sides of the product could mean signing in again or, worse, hitting an error when your session existed but your account record didn't line up. We rebuilt the foundation so a single sign-in works seamlessly across both, and your account is reliably found or created on first login without those hand-off failures.

We also made access smarter. The app now understands whether you actually run a project and routes you accordingly:

• New users are guided straight into creating their first project
• Project owners visiting the portal get a contextual "Open dashboard" shortcut
• The admin area is gated by what you can actually do, not guesswork

Alongside this we cleaned up a handful of rough edges, clearer form errors, a steadier sign-in flow, and no more orphaned posts when an image upload fails, so the whole experience hangs together better.
