Multi-tenant project management lands in the admin

The admin now supports multiple projects per account. Each project has its own boards, stages, posts, and visibility settings, and you can switch between them via the project selector in the header.

What this unlocks:

• Run a public roadmap for the main product and a private one for a beta feature in the same account.
• Manage multiple sites or sub-brands from a single login.
• Different teams within the same organisation each get their own clean workspace without account proliferation.

The project selector is sticky per browser session so you do not have to keep flipping it when you come back. All routes are project-scoped so links you share to teammates land them in the right context.
